Seche Restore (Top Coat and Laquer Restoration Thinner) lets you revitalize your nail lacquer.  You get 0.5 oz of Seche Vite restorer in each bottle. It will not diminish shine or dull colors. It only replaces those ingredients which have evaporated from the bottle.
